I recall reading about this in 1994.. I did look it up several years ago but I forgot it existed.

Let's remember the MD/Gen did have several rudimentary 3D games running without the SVP chip.

The Sega-16 thread is a pretty interesting read with the creator(Stef)'s posts. Too bad there's more than a few posts spewing stupid, ancient console wars hogshit. You know a post is bad when it contains the words cheater chip" when referring to the Super FX chip.

I'll admit that I got a few chuckles when one of the Sega-16 members posted a thread about this on the Nintendo Age forums. Good hell, there's some real fan boys on that forum. Also, it makes me kind of glad that 3GenGames left. Read some of his posts to see why. :?
