wow. that rules. i would never expect a full port but it'd be neat to see a homebrew game similar to that style.

that's pretty cool. first it was Super Mario Bros (NES) translation to genesis, now Star Fox. nice!
i hope this Gunstar Heroes translation for the SNES i'm hearing about comes out soon... we already have Super Road Blaster translation for SNES.

Is it just the YouTube upload, or does this game have no sound? I noticed the same thing when I saw the Super Mario Bros. Genesis port video.

Probably no sound. I can't imagine it's a high priority for whoever is doing these ports.

Why not? Sound is a HUGE part of a video game.

Probably because these things are just intended more as proof-of-concepts as opposed to an actual port of the game.

this. i don't think it's supposed to be a port of the game. i don't know if that'd even really be possible.
