he always sit on one of the 4 seats. He sits right in the middle in the same position. Most of the time playing with his phone. He always have his cap on. From the very first day my friend saw him, he thought he was odd and even assumed that he was probably waiting for his gf. Even one of the workers made a joke about it and asked if any of the girlfriends knew him.

you should probably take him out. he's obviously a threat to you, the restaurant, maybe even himself. your only option at this point would be to offer to buy him a meal then poison it before you give it to him. good luck.
