For what it's worth, the director of NOES 2 is a professor at the college I went to and, according to him, he knew he had a subpar script with and made the best of it. The not-so-subtle implication that Jessie is gay and confused about his sexuality was his idea because he thought the symbolism would make it more interesting.BurningDoom wrote:I also thought that NOES 2 was one of the worst one in the series. When he had to direct the scene where Jessie has the giant, grotesque tongue, he couldn't do it. He was laughing so much at the absurdity of it he had to leave the set and someone else directed the scene. Jessie's actor was not amused.
