For what it's worth, the director of NOES 2 is a professor at the college I went to and, according to him, he knew he had a subpar script with and made the best of it. The not-so-subtle implication that Jessie is gay and confused about his sexuality was his idea because he thought the symbolism would make it more interesting.

When he had to direct the scene where Jessie has the giant, grotesque tongue, he couldn't do it. He was laughing so much at the absurdity of it he had to leave the set and someone else directed the scene. Jessie's actor was not amused.

KILL BILL Vol.1 & 2

No matter how good these films are, they lose something on the small screen. They're so grandiose that they really should be seen in the theater or on a projector. Not saying the film doesn't still kick ass on an HD tv, it is that it is just better on the big screen.

It is going to be interesting to see how QT pulls off Vol. 3, especially since it's been a decade since Vol.1 was released.

Actually, he planned to wait a decade all along since the story takes place ten years later. He wanted to be able to use the same actors and that meant waiting for the kids to grow up.

Whoops. Sorry. I didn't think that was a spoiler 'cause he's talked about it several times. My bad.

10 year rule. If 10 years has gone by, spoilers can be freely given when talking about a movie/book/game.

In that case... spoilers for Vol. 1 are okay but not for Vol. 2?

Amusingly, I don't think anyone would've caught that it was a spoiler if Luke hadn't pointed out, especially people who haven't watched the movies yet. Now their attention is going to be drawn to it.

I was half joking. It should only come as a spoiler to the oblivious. That said, to the oblivious, it's quite a large spoiler.

I don't know about that. Some guys here get antsy when bringing up spoilers in games that are nearly 20 years old.
