It is a fair comparison to the Vita's emulation capabilities. The PS1 Vita emulator has been changed to support button mapping to the front and rear touch screen (and the second analog stick, IIRC). How much does it cost for these new features? NOTHING.

So, yes, Nintendo is charging for slight software modifications while Sony charges nothing. You bought the game; you get the new emulator as far as Sony is concerned.

... and you're paying to stream video to the Wii U pad... even though that is touted as the defining feature of the system. WTF.
But then again, you can still play the game... It works just as the ps1 games work on vita. The touch screen controller mapping isnt actually creating programming changes, it is just done on the vita side of the things for all games. The game sees it as a same button press no matter where it is mapped to, just like a pc emulator.

For Mutant Blobs, you're thinking of this:

Labyrinth. I loved this board game as a kid.
Let strength be granted, so the world might be mended...so the world might be mended.

Funny thing is, Super Monkey Ball is essentially a video game version of that.

Not a huge labryinth fan. I think I only played Super Monkey Ball multiplayer minigames.
