Maybe it's cool to ask here, since I was about to make a new thread and saw this one. I am looking to get a mid to high end stick (nothing as sweet as what Brad got) and wondered what you guys are playing on and recommend.

I currently an playing on a madcatz Se stick with full Sanwa parts. I am looking at the TE, and V. S. madcatz, the hori RAP, and just found out about the Hori fighting edge which I am pretty interested in. I just need ps3 compatability.

This is an easier decision than you may have originally thought. For $90 shipped you cannot go wrong with the RAP stick that ZenErik has for sale in the BST section. The only thing this RAP is missing in my opinion is cool artwork... but at that price who cares!
