I ordered this a few weeks back from the Arcadeshock store. This is the HORI Vewlix Diamond edition modeled after the rare Taito diamond cabs and previously only available through Amazon Japan. I removed the extra two buttons, because having them on any arcade stick never made sense to me. She plays like a dream!

The extra buttons make sense to me for 5 button fighters/shmups. I like my pinky on the bottom right of an 8 button setup instead of the bottom right of a 6 button. Feels more comfortable. But that stick looks awesome! I wish they had one that was universal for all consoles.

Yes, it has excellent quality and I do not see myself going back to my other tournament edition stick anytime soon. However, this is definitely not a stick to carry around due to the size and weight.
