Sega already has a PR problem and making people take down video's of a game that came out almost 15 years ago is not helping there image. Legal or not they are alienating their biggest asset which is fans. Not that this is anything new for them.

I have to be really honest here. If my choice is that (A) Youtube videos related to Shining series stay up, or (B) Sega releases a new Shining game... I'd be really happy about B.

Yup, Sonic All Stars Racing Transformed, Sonic Generations, Sonic Colors. They're all shit.

It's hard to blame Sega for not caring about their fans since their fans seem completely impossible to please, even when they do good.
