Really with my fighters, I like have having a 300 pound weight that does not move no matter how hard I play. Call me what ever I just hate using sticks in my lap. But yes if I did not have my cab I would be getting those DC ports.

lol nice cheap recommendations guys.

Anyway, Fatal Fury Special and Samurai Shodown are both lots of fun on the AES. I managed to snag complete Japanese versions for $12 and $24, respectively.

Japanese versions of Fatal Fury 2, Samurai Shodown 2, and Art of Fighting 2 can also be found for reasonable prices.

The BEST Neo Geo Port on the Saturn is World Heroes Perfect. it's the Only port of the game where Zeus is selectable not even the PS2 version has Zeus selectable.

Real Bout Special on the Saturn has load time problems. No Framerate issues though.

I can't speak for other Neo Geo Ports on the Saturn.

I was referring to MVS in my post, which both games can be purchased for under $100 each. I was joking before in my other comment, but there is some truth in collection AES. That stuff takes some major expendable income!

On the other side, I have easily invested over $2K since picking up my CMVS, with matching stick and quality games. The beautiful thing about the Neo Geo games, is that if I choose to sell they hold their value just about better than anything else out there.

I just use MAME and a Uni bios. I'm going to invest in the Neo Geo X stick and BAM I have 90% of the experience on my 4 year old Laptop.

Best looking fighter on the Neo Geo was without a doubt Last Blade 2 IMO.. Game pushed the limits of the console..

To clarify I'm getting an AES. I Know Neo Geo is an expensive hobby and I dont plan on getting a very big collection for it (at the moment atleast). At first I thought I wouldn't bother with the console at all apart from trying out stuff on emulators, but after seeing that you can find some games for 40-80 USD I decided that I'll start saving up money so I can buy the console and a game or two.

Yeah, I had one but it was like emulation with me in the way I would jump around and not put in quality time in with each game. I think less is more and I really enjoy the games more by playing and getting good with it instead of playing it for 10 minutes and then moving on the to next one. Too many choices and having everything instantly is not always the best I think.
