My cousin begged me to play the Kingdom Hearts series, telling me how great the games were. I started playing not expecting much, but got an amazing game in the end.

Agreed. Those 2 games alone make it WELL worth the purchase price. Plus there's tons of other great games. Lot's of great shoot-em ups, most of which I had never even heard of.

I still haven't played the first Taito Legends collection, though.

if you go to gamestop you can get taito legends 2 for about $1.99

Sadly for being this cheap you wont find a box for it.

but its two dollars well spent.

My slim just broke so I'm getting a new old PS2 as well. An older, fat model this time it seems.
If each mistake being made is a new one, then progress is being made.

I've been playing a lot of Gradius V lately (though must admit I'm emulating) and it kicks so much ass! Love how you can lock your options in their current position with R1.

A friend of mine is putting the hard drive in it with an HD loader.

We tried it already with some games. Works nicely.

If your getting a fatty get the modem and hack it.

I'm getting my PS2 games out of storage so I can hard disk em.

I think a 250gb will do nicely.

Well, I might have a fat one with an HDD adapter in my FS thread if you're interested.
