i have a 32 gb card made by lexar i think it was like $60 but its worth it, honestly anything over 32gb is overkill i have like 15 psp games and like a dozen emulators with every game for that system on it and a bunch of ps1 games too. http://www.amazon.com/Lexar-Platinum-Me ... gb+pro+duo

im not sure why but it seems like the price on these have gone up over the past year since i bought it.

Is the dual sdmicro adapter. You can format it on the PSP or computer using the program on this page.
And it's simple to reformat a single sdmicro card for solo use again.
 (FC, AVFC, NES, SFC x2, SNES, N64, GC x2, Wii x2)*(G&W x7, GB, GBpocket, GBASP, DS-L x2)
(GEN, SS x3, DC x3)*(PCE-Duo)*(Xbox:500GB)*(NGCDZ, NGPC)*(PS1, PStwo, PS3:160GB, PSP.3K)

I have about 59 Gb on my PSP, using a dual microsd to memory stick adapter from amazon, and two sandisk 32 Gb MicroSDHC cards in it. I am pretty certain that this is the max. I am using all of it, only 200 Megabytes free. The adapter works great, but it is very flimsy. So it is definitely not something you want to remove and reinsert into your PSP multiple times, since it will most definitely break. However, as long as you never remove it, it is fine. And there's really no need to ever remove it anyways.

I originally got my adapter from amazon with total of 32 Gb:

But I also tried one of these, and it worked fine, too:

I then updated to 64Gb, using these Sandisk cards:

It works like a charm, at least in 6.60 PRO (haven't tested older firmware). Just format it inside the PSP, and use the USB Cable to copy stuff over from the PC. PSP is really the ultimate portable emulation gaming system! And with all this storage, you can fit a LOT of PSone classics on it, too :)
