It was BRIEFLY mentioned in Nintendo Power. It was a snippet of, 'HEY! Remember this awesome game? It has a sequel!'

I remember there being a small picture of Mickey with the vacuum cleaner and the lion boss.
I remember being excited about it, but never was able to find it anywhere. Apparently, I didn't miss much.
AND I had no idea there was a 3rd one, strange that it was a Japan only release.
