Re: What if Racketboy... were a fighting game?
Although I'm hoping we'll keep it all in fun, I am going to change the thread title to remove the specific focus on the fighting game theme. I'm not sure why I had them on the brain, and now that you've made me think about it, perhaps that wasn't the best leading choice. Nothing says we can't be a friendlier, non-competitive JRPG too.Luke wrote:This topic is bound to lead to personal insults.
I didn't know Inazuma well at all, but I enjoy the wordplay potential of his name here. There can be a battle mid-game against a regular Inazuma for foreshadowing purposes, and then the character can return as the mechanically enhanced "Mechazuma" in the final stage, "Mechazuma's Revenge."ZenErik wrote:What about Mecha Inazuma?
Hah! My victory line can be "Your defeat was overdue, and I'm here to collect!"nemoide wrote:psychic librarian

J T
Type: Sage
Fighting Style: His moves are great, but they have low priority. To play as J T you must read your opponent well.
Specialty: Mind games. Many of J T's moves start with the same animations.
Special attack(s): Introspection: Temporarily boosts J T's attack power but reduces his movement speed.
There will be a Ballz 3D reference in this thread. I can feel it.

If you can see the future while remembering the past, you may just have control of the present.
