Wow, that is pretty amazing. I want to pick up a Nomad now just to do these mods!

Nice mod! If I get a nomad I will try to do this. It reminds me of when I upgraded to the backlit GBA SP. I never realized how much better it was.

LCD mod a great success! Now I just need to get a few parts for the battery mod.

See, now I want to finally pull the trigger on getting a nomad, so I can send it to you to get it fixed up.

Well, I bought 1 nomad screen from the linked ebay seller and it worked well.

I then bought 2 more and they were slightly different. It seems they wont display 240p and try to instead display 480i. This causes the screens to be in black & white and with vertical lines :(

I am going to try some screens from amazon now... Seems to be hit or miss with these.
