Nice mod! If I get a nomad I will try to do this. It reminds me of when I upgraded to the backlit GBA SP. I never realized how much better it was.

I have a couple extra nomads I plan to mod and sell here fairly soon.

Well, I bought 1 nomad screen from the linked ebay seller and it worked well.

I then bought 2 more and they were slightly different. It seems they wont display 240p and try to instead display 480i. This causes the screens to be in black & white and with vertical lines

I am going to try some screens from amazon now... Seems to be hit or miss with these.
