PEOPLE LISTEN

60gb: Full B/c (PS1 and PS2)
80gb old or MGS4 version: 99.8% (PS1 full, PS2 is near perfect due to updates)
20gb: Full B/c
40gb: PS1 only
80gb new: PS1 only

Ive also heard that the 320gb and 160gb are going to be PS1 only as well, but again, nothing has been officially confirmed about those models.

No but a quik search on Sony's website will bring you to a compatability search and if you have a game that you suspect might not be just throw it into the search bar and youll know fairly quik.

Yeah, I had found that link guys. Thanks anyway. I don't feel like looking up hundreds of games.

The fact that they don't list the games NOT compatible is not a good sign. If that list was short, it would make sense to display it in terms of what wasn't compatible.

Better than Sony's website, at the very least. And backwards compatibility is not as bad as many would like to paint it; the full hardware/zero emulation PS3 has never given me a single game, out of eighty or so, that hasn't played as smooth as butter. The partial software emulation on the old 80GB SKU isn't terrible, either.

I still hold out hope that Sony will eventually bring about full PS2 software emulation for all the folks that don't have it.
