This actually sounds really fun. I would play the shit out of this.

Not just a stealth game. But a stealth AND manipulation game.

You are a mother whose toddler is a vampire. You have to exist in polite society, yet still find a way to let your baby feed without getting a lynch mob after your boy. Will you lose track of him when you take his older brother to soccer practice or while you're distracted in the grocery store? And just what are you supposed to do with all the bodies when the girls come over for bridge club?

A Kinect game that first appears to be like an innocent game of "Simon Says", but it demands you engage in increasingly lewd behavior to progress.

A boxing game that is both realistic and lots of fun. Maybe motion controls could be put to good use here. It would be an arcade game with, ah, force feedback.

I had an idea a few years back about an arcade style game where your goal is to run from one class to the other. Running into another student takes away a portion of your life, while hitting a teacher takes two. On the way, you have to do a Simon Says type game to access your locker and button mashing to use the bathroom. Then you do a minigame to represent a class. After four levels, the day ends (except for the every fifth level extracurricular activity minigame) and the next one starts and is even harder than before. Items include a pencil, which causes a student to run off the screen when thrown, and a bookbag, which acts as armor that protects you from one hit.
Different characters are available, such as the nerd, the jock, and other cliches that I'm too lazy to think of right now, each with slightly different minigames. Unlockable characters include the teacher, who cannot use pencils or bookbags but can use screen wiping homework, and the superintendent, who's game is a super hard, no power ups, no minigames run.
Insert clever quote here.

A game of nay-saying called Mr. Hopeless!

You're depressed. People in the game give you advice on how to improve your life. Your goal is to find a way to misuse/abuse their advice to lead to your own self-destruction so you can prove to them just how very wrong they are. You win if you make your own life so horrible that it is a puzzle nobody else can help you solve. You lose if in trying to prove them wrong, you accidentally use their advice in a way that actually works.

I thought of a mechanic for a shmup, but I feel like it must already exist. Does anyone know of a shmup where the longer an enemy is on screen, the more points it's worth when you finally kill it? That's kind of a cool risk/reward idea isn't it? You can kill stuff fast and get small points but have a manageable screen, or you can wait to kill stuff for bigger points, but the screen is filling with more enemies and bullets. Seriously. That must already be a game. If not... I feel like I should make it.

Black Friday Katamari: Throngs of feverish consumers surround a crate of discounted product. You start on the outside of the crowd and must roll a katamari through the maze of people to get to the product in the center. You can only roll up those smaller than you. You can first roll up children and then elderly and then women and then men. If you roll a large enough katamari you can roll in all the black friday products and give everyone the same curling iron/teflon pan/etc. they never really wanted for Christmas!

A sandbox/adventure game where you can create bands. You could recruit or higher band members from the variety of musicians found in a large college town. The style of the music would depend on the abilities and temperaments of the people in the band. Your band could collaborate with other bands and would also have certain rival bands. You would have to manage the expenses of equipment/upgrades and paying band members. The game would be open ended. You could just play at clubs, you could sign with an indie label, you could make it big etc.
