The whole series is becoming less "real" feeling this season. But I still like it.

But then she's going and making all these other assumptions, like that they won't let them leave. Her attitude also started since before the military situation. She put her sword to the governor's throat when he didnt do much more than offer her a job. The bullet holes could still be explained by walkers wandering near the vehicles and the guys shooting them down.

There's no need to spray a bunch of bullets at walkers. She had every right to be suspicious.

I may be misinterpreting, but I got the impression that the governor was trying to postpone all their early attempts to leave.

But he was blackmailing her. "Work for me and I won't tell all the men outside with guns that you broke into my house to get your own sword and then used it to kill some caged biters that we have on the premises," isn't really a job offer that's on the up-and-up.

And it might be just me, but wouldn't you want to do your best to avoid shooing up your mode of transportation in the middle of an apocalypse?

Maybe it's just me,
but it seems a utopia amidst chaos should be suspicious. I'd settle for crazy mc crazy pants for a few weeks with lobster dinners even if it was with Heads in bowls guy. Gather strength and a plan, then movie it on out

That would be my plan as well. I just think they're trying too hard to make her badass. Plenty of people are living there happily, men, women, children. It's not like there's been any evidence the governor planned to feed them to walkers, and they saved andrea's life. Her suspicion is coming off more as constant pessimism which I'm sure gets old pretty quickly in a post apocalyptic world.

The thing I can't stand is Michone's constant, "I'm angry" face. It's utterly ridiculous, and then seeing her finally smile when she gets to kill some walkers

Soooooo cheesy

Again, I won't spoil anything for people here but at this point in the comic book's storyline she was portrayed soooooo much better. In fact, she's pretty much a completely different character than the one we're seeing on TV right now. They've handled her quite poorly so far on the show.

Oh come on man. You have to admit she has tons of range.

She can look Sour, Lemony, Disgruntled, Upset, Dismayed...

I don't care for the samurai chick character either. I think she's just a bad actor or something, I can't get behind her at all. Maybe I just find the premise of the character too silly.

Also I read the comics up to where the series is, and I must say I prefer the series. I was not expecting that. The series delivers suspense and shock factor far superior to the comic in my opinion, the comic just comes off as your average zombie book with an above average cast. The writing didn't impress me very much either. Rick in particular, turned out to be far more interesting as a character in the TV series than in the comics for me. He came off as rather bland in the comic, but in the series his descent into madness and ruthlessness is done very well and his acting is very compelling. I would fear crossing that guy more than a herd of zombies for sure.

What comic did you read?
Floating heads in tanks is more shocking than a guy having his dick nailed to plywood why his fingernails are removed and his eye scooped out with a spoon?
