My toploader nes, and my SMB3, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Kirby's Adventure carts.
They've all been in my collection since I was 3 years old.

Vampire Savior on Saturn. It's the only physical import game I have.
Soulcalibur V is the only collector's edition game I have. That's honestly the only reason I haven't sold it.
Insert clever quote here.

Mine might be my modded PC Engine Duo R because its a hidden gem, looks sweet, and is worth a lot or my entire capcom fighting collection from snes to ps3

I have an AVGN signed NES cart that I enjoy. I have a launch day 60gb PS3 that I still game on almost daily.

Probably my proudest thing? I didn't even pay any money for (shhh don't tell) My emulation and ROM collection. I've spent probably hundreds of hours, organizing, configuring, getting things to work perfectly. I'm most proud of that, and it didn't cost me a dime.

Most proud - probably my CIB 32x and Sega CD systems and games from back when I started collecting in the mid '90s.

I also still have the original NES I rescued from a flea market in 1994, along with all the games that came in the brown shopping bag with it.

In the same vein, I have a CIB Final Fantasy III (VI) for the SNES that I bought in 1998 when the local video store I worked at was pulling off all the old games and selling them.

"...Most proud of...," is probably too difficult for me. If I stop to think about it I'm proud of most of the things in my collection, but I guess at the top of that list would be:

-CIB, sealed disc copy of Phantasy Star Collection on the Saturn
-Near mint Pulseman, and CIB Monster World IV for Mega Drive
-D-direct De la Jet Set Radio LE set, and Space Channel 5 part 2 LE set
-Complete (*aside from region variations) DC shmups collection + Rez and Rainbow Cotton
-Ever expanding Saturn shmups collection
-Suikoden II
-My copy of ICO for PS2 that I bought nearly a decade ago at clearance price from an FYE

Game related:
-Near mint Regulation 7 Dreamcast (re-release)
-CIB Hori Fighting Stick SS (Saturn) that I got for $3 (ironically has a square gate)
