I've got a few items that I like to show off, but my favorite would probably be my TMNT 4-Player Cab. I've got rarer and more valuable items, but its just so freakin awesome. And at least most people actually know what it is when I show it to them :p. Lots of people just dont seem to care as much about my Stadium Events or LC 9XS Exertainment Bikes, so its nice to have an item to show off that appeals to both the gamer AND collector in me.

Cotton 2 for the Saturn maybe. I really love the series, and the Cotton 2 case has such a great look to it.
My complete NA copy of SVC: Card Fighters Clash Capcom version for the NGPC is also another one. The NGPC has really neat boxes, and you don't see complete copies of the NA versions of the games too often.

Earthbound. The more expensive it gets, the more it becomes my crown jewel.

Very proud that I've kept great care of my Father's 2600 collection. Also proud of all my NES games I've had since childhood. They might not be that valuable, but I'm proud I didn't sell them or damage them as I'm very accident prone.

Same here. Though several of mine did get misplaced, probably during one of the times I moved.

I've never sold or damaged any though. And mine still have stickers on them I got from Nintendo Power - the type that had a space to write your name. DAVID CHALLENGES YOU

Up to recently I'd have said PDS for the Saturn or maybe 'Zenki' for the PC-FX.
But now it has to be my mint copy of Sapphire for the PC Engine.
I absolutely suck at most shoot 'em up type games, but this one gives me some pride to say that it's now part of my collection.

I'm proud of my Phantasy Star Online for Gamecube, complete with the ASCII keyboard controller. It may have been dumb, but I tossed the box for it. I doubt I'll ever sell it, so it bears no big significance.
The biggest ones from my childhood are my Genesis/Sega CD/32X games. I haven't gotten rid of any game that I had as a young boy. Any game that my parents gave me or that we had as a family, still remain in my collection and always will.

As far as a system goes, I'd be most proud of my Lynx that I bought new when I was 15. I still have all the games for it. I'd also have to throw my Turboduo in there.
Games...well I'm pretty happy with my CIB copies of Final Fantasy 2 and 3 for the SNES, CIB Phantasy Star IV...I also had a CIB copy of Might and Magic 3 for the Turboduo. I still have my original copy of Final Fantasy for the Gameboy CIB that I bought new the day it came out.

My Zelda 1 I got back in 1987. I got Metroid for that same birthday, but Metroid is missing everything but the cart. Zelda I kept the box and manual for.
After that my Nintendo Vs Tent, N64 neon light, and my Zelda Four Swords setup are my two most precious. The neon light came from the store I use to work at years ago, so when my old boss found me on facebook and asked if I wanted it, $100 later I had it and almost a dozen EVA action figures I sold at a con a couple weeks later for $300...
