Adding Wrath of the Dead Rabbit to my list. It warms my heart to see games like this. It's a love letter to old school side scrollers that reminds me of the kind of games Sega made back in the 16-bit days, as well as the Earthworm Jim games.

I'm very happy with 2012. Some games that I anticipated disappointed me a bit, but I've been blindsided with some great games that I didn't even know were in development. It's been a year of pleasant surprises for me. It's funny how you anxiously await certain games, and the ones you end up loving could be titles you knew nothing about. Most of the games on my list were not even on my radar at all until after they were released.
