I agree the controls are much improved. Not only is sneaking pass them just rewarding but if you're caught and you're unarmed, any situation can be downright terrifying! You see how nuts these guys look when chasing you in a mob?! The details in the faces is just :shivers:

Beat the game. The best stages (or, at least, my favorite) are probably the ones where you play as a young girl. You cannot use any weapons or traps. It becomes Splinter Cell but with zombies.

Fixed that for you.

It's already here.

Blood Curse and New Translation are the same game. Blood Curse (the US version) is download-only. New Translation just so happens to be printed on a disc and is import friendly if you get the Asian version (not the Korean/Japanese regions mind you; I don't think they have English language as an option).

If you have an HDTV and are using an HDMI cable you could import the PAL version for some extra bonuses.

Bumping this 'cause it's October.
If you need a horror game to play definitely give this a shot.

So I take it I should just pick this up and never bother playing the original again?

Yes.

Not to say that the original doesn't have its merits, of course, but Blood Curse is actually fun.

Get the asian Blu-Ray, it's cheap, it only requires 5GB's (Instead of 10) and it's uncut.

And it's the scariest game to be released this generation.
