Really looking forward to playing Sleeping Dogs. I'm currently playing through the Yakuza series, and once I beat Yakuza 2 again I'll transfer over to SD.

I've heard great things, anyone play it yet?

I'm also looking forward to playing Sleeping Dogs. I haven't tried it yet though.

I forgot to mention that The Darkness II was a pretty decent 2012 game.

I bought it and downloaded it last night, I'll let you know.

Anyone complaining about this year should look at Dave and JT's lists. Journey alone makes this a year to remember in my book.

Oh man, I almost forgot!

Legend of Grimrock came out in 2012 and would probably top my indie list.
Also, Tiny & Big came out in 2012 and is definitely noteworthy as well.

so if I like illussions of gaia/twighlight princess/link too the past

going from different towns, or buildings, talking too people, and being able too hind from your enemies, would xenoblade or last story be a better game.
I have not played Last story yet but I do know that Xenoblade is a much longer game. Even though Last story is a shorter game, it does have online multiplayer. I think you will like Xenoblade just remember, that you will need a lot of free time to play it. I finished it earlier on in the summer and my game time was about 77 hrs, and there are a bunch of things I missed or didn't do.

Farcry 3 definitely will be mine pick this year, so far Ive only bought LPC,ME3 and Skyrim. Looking foward to Dead or Alive, Dishonored, and Doom remake as well (possibly RE6 fingers crossed).

If it does come out for PC, it'll be worth the wait. It's a great game. If you like Tenchu, Rocksteady's Batman games, and platforming. It's all that, but in 2D. Graphics are sweet too, but anyone would expect that from the makers of the Shank games
