I think that is a High Impact 4 player cab. Ive also seen these cabs used for Cyberball Tourney addition.
Doh too late.

Dang, I opened this when I got to work to respond but got called into a meeting. Its a cool cab, but a shame they changed it from a VS.

Someone else already snagged it

So the cabinet is obviously a VS from all the pictures, but I couldn't find any High Impact Football cabinet pictrures online that look like it at all... how'd ya'll know it was that game in particular? O_o

And actually, now knowing it is (US) football, you can see the red helmets around the joysticks.

Re: What kind of arcade cabinet is this?
I saw this ad too, made a call and went and got it.
Yes it is a Nintendo Vs. cab serial number was still on it. It still had the original EZ-20 Nintendo monitors in it.
It did indeed contain the High Impact Football game.
It also fired up first try. There was a few issues with probably the caps on the monitor chassis, the colours were way off, but playable to the point I was able to manage 3 first downs and a touchdown.
I gutted it for the usable parts I needed, the empty cab and PCB are up for sale if you want it.
