MOHAA's medals were much easier to get. 6 are from each mission and the Silver Star is for completion on Normal difficulty.

I'll be heading to the expansion packs soon but I haven't played Call of Duty (PC) for a week or so, I'll be going back to that.

Also picked up MOH European Assault for ultra-cheap on eBay.

Playing through Dead Island and Serious Same 3 at the moment. I just finished Fear 3 a week or two ago. The ending was kind of weak, but it was still an enjoyable game.

Legendary. It's far from that but it's picking up and now I'm at a fucking mansion that's kind of neat.

I found that game to be terrible. Welcome back Juan! Long time no see.

It's definetely terrible. It's just so much wasted potential, when I started noticing just how linear the thing was, how useless the weapons were and how could a game with so much potential (In terms of mythology and creatures) be stuck with fairies, werewolves, random human enemies and fire enemies. It's absolutely horrible but to be fair... I got it for free thanks to the fact that Paypal gave me 2 dollars for some random promotion and Legendary was on sale so... why not?

And yes, it's been a while, I even posted something about it on Off Topic explaning why I left.

Nope, it really isn't. But it's WAY too short!

To this day, I still think MoH: Rising Sun has some of the best music and sound effects that I've ever heard in a video game. I went to school for audio recording & production and I know good quality audio, and I remember being extremely impressed with all of it in Rising Sun. Very well done

Every MoH game I've played so far has not had any disappointing music or sound effects. They really took their time to make everything very authentic.

The only thing I'm NOT liking about RS so far besides the enemies constantly running into trees/rocks is the fact that it does seem to be going very fast. The other games I've done in the series so far had long missions broken into 3-5 parts that were of a pretty decent length, but in RS, it's one HUGE mission that could be subbed out for 2 of those pieced-together missions in previous games. But, I do like the hidden bonus objectives so far, it makes you want to do stuff that you'd might not consider at first like completely clear out an area or assist a fellow squad member in a particular section.

I did the Pistol Pete mission today, and it wasn't as bad as the last one. This Singapore mission looks pretty good -- I love that rarely seen Welrod silenced pistol.

The music in the first few games was good enough that they released it in soundtrack form. It was composed by Michael Giacchino, and he did a great job. I was quite disappointed when they ditched him in RS and beyond.

I got that soundtrack CD by him in my MOH 10th Anniversary package. Cool!
