-PC Engine CD-ROM2 add-on (did NOT come with the IFU. You actually had to buy it separately. Came with the System Card 1.0, I believe)

I would take Elabit's word over mine on this one, to be honest. We chat quite a bit and I think he knows his stuff a bit better than I do.
