I bought one and I'm enjoying it.
Maybe the 3DSXL was made in mind for the adult gamer?
Your little brother/child can play with the 3ds
While daddy/mommy gets the XL!

Gamestop is offering $100 for your old 3DS towards the 3DS XL. Since I have some credit with them I might consider trading up. Playing Ocarina of Time and Resident Evil Revelation on that huge screen would be a thing of beauty.

Re: Hey 3DS Owners...
I am enjoying my 3DS XL as well. Seems like a well built machine. I never played with a regular 3DS but I'm not having any of the issues that people have complained about with those. Battery life is good and it took about a day for my eyes to adjust well to the 3D.

Eh, I enjoy my 3ds thoroughly, and will enjoy my XL when I get around to getting one. Granted my 3ds was a gift from one of my old reps (along with OOT and later Mario). I will gladly replay all of my 3ds games on the bigger screen some time next year. I just have yet to have a title really grab me enough that I have to buy the next step up. On the DS it was FFCC Rings of Fate, that game sucked me in bad and led to Phantasy Star 0 and FFCC Echoes of Time. The 3ds just doesnt have a title that has sucked me in yet.
Re: Hey 3DS Owners...
Kind of an odd way to start the thread
Regardless, I bought an XL on Sunday, and did not own a 3DS prior, so I can't say I feel burned (it also steps in as my way to play DS games, because I broke my DS Lite). Thus far I've been pretty happy with it, and things I don't like as much aren't really specific to the XL. Other than the lack of color choices, which in my case was blue or...blue, because that was all Target had left.
