Ack

Personally I have always viewed it as a racing platformer, like Pandemonium. Which, while I applaud the genius of the style, Ive never really enjoyed.
Exactly -- It's hard to place it in the same league as other standard platformers. It's just the easiest thing to classify it as.
I have a love/hate relationship with the idea of genres existing in video games. There may come a day when people describe games with sentences instead of 1-2 words. But alas...

Yes, but admittedly I go to parties where folks aren't up to speed on played-out memes.
i could not let this go unappreciated, even though it's soooooo 5 pages ago.

Had to play catch up on this thread; what a funny read.

To throw in my opinion on the 32/64 bit era of graphics. I hated them as a kid and still can't stand most of them, I kept my Genesis and switched to PC at that time (eventually getting an SNES mini).

I'm glad to see Sega do these HD releases though. Personally I wish they would have a nice physical collectors edition, I'd throw money at them.

It's so weird I loved the 32 bit era of both saturn and playstation although the 64 games were off and on for me. Honestly I love all of them from 4 bit and up.

I also loved enhanced 16 bit like sega cd as well as 32bit 2d game's

Not rocket science dude lol. It's not always better going with the so-caled cool crowd being individualistic is much more gratifying

I love this site very much but i swear like anywhere sometimes its like a role with the cool kids at highschool. only some people. people can be very sheepish by following others so they don't risk being the black sheep

I'm sorry man, but you can't talk about being individualistic as a way to defend using old memes.

Memes are like the polar opposite of individualism.
