This question would be less confusing if it were phrased as,
"Which games do you like the most? If you had to ban yourself from one library, which would it be?
A. PS1 games
B. Saturn games
C. Dreamcast games"
My response to that would be:
It's tough for me to pick between the PS1 & Dreamcast libraries. I love them both for completely different reasons.
If I had to stop playing games which were originally from one of the 3 consoles, then the Saturn games would definitely get the axe. Luckily, I can keep all 3 IRL.

None of these games are on Saturn/N64/Dreamcast
----See below---
Those are just some examples. A bunch of games that are available on other consoles (Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, Resident Evil, Wipeout etc) became famous on the PS1 first before they got ported to other consoles.
PS1 has one of the most largest and diverse libraries when it comes to excellent games. I dont see how any console gamer could say something like that.

LOL, I know. CIB US Guardian Heroes, too. I think it's pretty safe to say that my Saturn and games are sticking around as long as I can lug them. Still a fun thread, though. And still a hypothetical question. In my case, if I do end up changing living situations as mentioned, I will try my hardest to make sure everything goes with me.ninjainspandex wrote:wipeout dont get rid of your saturn you have frigging hyperduel for it. i know you will regret it if you do. ps1 games are a dime a dozen.
I took your advice and altered the OP.Nintendork666 wrote:This question would be less confusing if it were phrased as...

PS1 hands down.

I was under the impressing you'd be storing your things somewhere; not selling them off. Don't sell your things! Obviously if you did; keep the Saturn since it would probably be the hardest to build back up again, but hopefully you are storing everything.wip3outguy7 wrote:LOL, I know. Get rid of the PS1, and get a modded PS2 slim that can play PS1 and PS2 backups. Keep the DC and get an SD loader and a few CD-Rs. Unfortunately, the Saturn would probably have to go, as it is the console and games that take up the most space.

i think if i had to be homeless i would be living in a box under a bridge with a tin can a blanket and my sega saturn collection

A modded PS2 cannot play other region PS1 discs (legit ones). Maybe it's just my PS2, though?lisalover1 wrote:Get rid of the PS1, and get a modded PS2 slim that can play PS1 and PS2 backups.
