Hasn't the big-N's track record (behind Metroid and Zelda at least) to make those later releases? (Which make sense due to the complexity) -- but I would probably expect an early Kart or Smash demo soon.BurningDoom wrote:However I agree that Nintendo's first-party titles seem to be mysteriously absent. Where's a Zelda, Metroid, Donkey Kong, Star Fox, Mario Kart, or Smash Bros. game? I don't expect them to release them all, but I thought we'd see more than just Mario and Luigi's Mansion 2. That Nintendo Theme Park game and Pikmin 3 didn't look all that appealing to me, either.

Sakurai didn't start Smash 4 until he finished KIU, he himself said he didn't want to multitask the two projects. He hasn't even had a year to get a start on it if this is the case, and looking at how many times KIU and Brawl were delayed you should get an idea of just how long he needs to make a game.pakopako wrote:Hasn't the big-N's track record (behind Metroid and Zelda at least) to make those later releases? It was supposed to be released at launch and was delayed until early 2012.pakopako wrote:I thought Kid Ic was finished last summer, released this winter?GameMasterGuy wrote:Sakurai didn't start Smash 4 until he finished KIU, he himself said he didn't want to multitask the two projects.
