I'll try to get the Action Replay for my birthday. The only imports I want at the moment are Darkstalkers 3 And Waku Waku 7.

Also, for the Saturn, get a Pro Action Replay 4-in-1 cart. They are around $30. Then look up some of the Japanese game import sites. The Saturn games are a lot cheaper from Japan. Maybe for Christmas or something, you can give your parents a want list from a site like this? Most every action game is totally playable in English.

or for the price of a small switch and some wire from Radio Shack he could just region mod his Saturn. It's easy enough. I did it when I was a wee teen.

But the 4-in-1 cart also acts as a RAM cart for games that require it. Not to mention memory backup.

Even if you didn't need it for imports, it'd still be a worthwhile purchase I think.

@3DSStrider: Darkstalkers 3/Vampire Savior was the very first import game I bought for my Saturn... it's also currently the only import I own.

I love the US Saturn cases. They can be kinda hard to find in good shape sometimes, but they look nice on a shelf.

My Darius Gaiden case, while in mostly good condition, dosen't hinge open. You literally have to lift off the top.

Yeah, my copy of Fighters Megamix's hinges are completely broken.

What most people do is hunt down super cheap complete copies of throwaway sports titles, and swap the cases out.

Luckly both of those are not too expensive. If you look around, you can maybe find them for $10-30 each (Darkstalkers 3 on the lower end, Waku Waku 7 on the higher).

Definitely get Waku Waku 7. It's one of the zaniest fighters I've played, and the game mechanics are pretty decent, too.

Definitely get the Japanese versions over all the others, unless there's a huge language barrier. Those come out way cheaper.

And if your looking into getting an obscure, semi-expensive gem, I recommend Asuka 120% Burning Fest Limited Edition. It is a fluent and well done 2D fighter in which all the characters are school girls.

But the US Saturn cases look so nice. :(
Also, why do you want my mom to think I'm a pervert? The damage was already bad enough when I asked for SNK Gals Fighters for Christmas.

If that's what she thinks of some anime girls, what would she say if she actually saw you play D?

I play games in my room, so I don't think that would happen. I'm pretty sure what happens in D has nothing naked Laura (Lewis) waking up from cryosleep. Im willing to bet that Kenji Eno has Jedi mind tricks that he likes trolling the ESRB with.
