I have a DOA4 Hori stick on the way. Besides that I'd like to hunt down the rest of the US 360 releases -- making sure I get the LE's where applicable, since I'm a big fan of shmup soundtracks. And of course I plan to research which imports will play on a US 360. I'm also pretty excited that Radiant Silvergun is on XBLA so that I can participate at the shmup-of-the-month thread on it next month.CD AGES wrote:So whats next for your shmup spree if i may ask?
If/when you pick up Raiden IV, look for the GS exclusive version w/soundtrack.noiseredux wrote:I have a DOA4 Hori stick on the way. Want to get that game for PS1, love the Arcade version, very unique and original shmup.noiseredux wrote:brunoafh wrote: Do you have any plans to go after Saturn shmups? That's the shmup collection I'm personally always trying to build. It's very expensive but I think it's worth it, so much greatness. The best shmup collection is one you regularly play and will get your money out of, so always consider that while collecting this particularly expensive genre of games.
so over the weekend I decided I'd start looking into emulating older disc-based systems on my PC. I don't have room for new consoles, but figured this would be a way to ease me into some other shmup libraries.
Wouldn't you know it I stumbled upon In The Hunt today!
CIB for $15. The case is in great condition and it even has that sponge thing inside to keep the disc safe.
