Blow a shitload of money on Saturn Bomberman, two multitaps, and 10 controllers.

That would require knowing nine people who would willingly play Bomberman.

It's no worse than calling a late DC game old in 2008.

...yeah?

I'm not sure what your point is.

I am facing middle age crisis, I am not accepting the fact I am aging. RE4 graphics still looks mind blowing to me.

The answer is a big TV. It's practically a requirement.

I don't know of many people who can actually gather 10 humans to play Saturn Bomberman. Most people just get 3 or 4 or so and use CPUs for the rest.

how come there is no bomber man for modern consoles, especially where we live in a multiplayer world? Even this game being just ported will be great to be played over the internet... there are not many simple+fun games. usually complicated+fun or simple+ get bored of it soon.

why the hell did sega support up to unheard of 10 players back then? I can't imagine some one with 10 controllers, ,not to mention I don't know what kind of hard ware you need to make that happen in the first place since this is not wireless.

I guess for them , they saw that they could do it so they said why not?!

They did release Bomberman on XBLA a few years ago, that game was a blast no pun intended. One of my favorite aspect was the ability to customize your Bomberman's outfit (mine looked like Clint Eastwood, all gunslinger-like).

It has 10 players because it had support for the Netlink. You can still play with 10 people locally with a crapload of multitaps.

Yes they do. Get into imports.

Sega Rally? $1.50
NiGHTS? $1.50
Galactic Attack/Layer Section? Okay, that is like $20-30
Street Fighter Alpha/Zero 2? $3.50
Panzar Dragoon? $5

Those are the same games that you just mentioned.

Darkstalkers' Revenge, Daytona USA, Street Fighter Zero, Virtua Fighter 1, Remix and 2, Fighting Vipers, etc.... all in the $1-2 range.
