Re: I think I've Become an Old Man.
Life's too short to worry about getting old. I'm 35 and will always be a kid at heart. I enjoy reminiscing my past, (i.e. retro gaming!
) but I look forward to the future and creating new memories. I think Luke and JT pretty much summed it up though imo.
I am addicted to video games, especially retro gaming from my era. I have: NES, SNES, Nintendo 64, Gamecube, Gameboy, GBA, Wii, Sega Genesis, Sega CD, Dreamcast, PS1, PS2, Xbox, and Xbox 360. I have probably over 1,000 games in total for all these systems combined. Yes, I need help and I wouldn't have it any other way! This is my passion and hey my wife still loves me!!

Haha, oh man. I had a similar situation the other day. I was in REI at the checkout counter. The clerk made a comment about my NIN shirt and we talked briefly about the NIN-JA tour. I casually said, "yeah, they were exceptionally loud that night." I realized what I had said almost immediately. I looked over to see my wife wide eyed and grinning and I knew I would never hear the end of it.J T wrote:I knew I was an old man when I heard some Skrillex track and said "this is just noise and it's too loud." I recoiled in horror at my own statement. "Oh my God call 911 now" is right.

My favorite Groucho quote maybe the infamous/debated/funny nonetheless cigar comment.
Regardless, he was like Einstein and Carlin had a butt baby.

Saying that Malcom in the middle-style gifted schools/classes exist globally is a stupid argument.Luke wrote: Yes, saying only rich kids can get into gifted schools is a stupid argument.
It's pretty interesting though that at five years old and in kindergarten you already couldn't
"engage in meaningful conversations". You should have gone to a gifted school for sursies.
I'm sure a witty go-getter like you could some day be a Fox News anchor. You could really put those grade A argumentation skills in good use.
My WTB thread (Sega CD/Saturn games)
Also looking to buy: Ys III (TG-16 CD), Shadowrun (Genesis) Hori N64 mini pad and Slayer (3DO) in long box/just the long box

I never said anything about Malcolm in the Middle, but I will now. That kid owns hundreds of cars and dated Lindsay Lohan in her prime.Menegrothx wrote: Saying that Malcom in the middle-style gifted schools/classes exist globally is a stupid argument.

I never argued anything, nor have I received an A in any argumentation class (which I think you made up).
Your last sentence is puzzling as I assume it is an insult, but for all I know you love Fox News. I'd say if it was meant to be a sarcastic jab, you are very well on your path to being a writer for a Fox News anchor.

Woman: That's bigamy!
Groucho: Yes, it is big of you. It's big of me too. It's big of the both of us.
