@ J T - Thanks, very nice round of memorable games in the JPG. Good to see One Must Fall make the list, noise you might like that one. I can only claim to own or played half of the games. I bet Metal Jesus owns all of these. :D

Indeed. Many memories of crowding around a 13 inch monitor with 4 or 5 other friends and the rest of the 10 set to random computer enemies and commencing with the insanity.

Yes this is what you think it is. I have recently aqquired an old IBM PS/2 386. It's a great old PC thats running dos 5.0. So badass. Don't mind the 21" behemoth.

I will be using this image for game ideas! Thanks!

^ That reminds me of the old 386 machine I have lying around with a 5.25" floppy drive in it. I should try and get it running again.

I'll have to give that image a more thorough check, but Rise of the Triads caught my eye. I remember playing this game back when and couldn't for the life of me remember what it was called a few years back. Funny though, I remembered a cheat code for it, so I was able to Google the cheat code and figure out the title that way.

Fair warning, there are a number of games in that image that will not run for shit on the best 386 out there (I had a DX/40 back in the day, and I tried  ).

So the articles on the main site... we don't have anything for PC games? Looking at this giant pic made me realize that I haven't really played any old DOS games in a long time now. I think I'm gonna set up my old PII with 98SE and do a little gaming. :D

Anyways, if some one wrote an article about DOS games for the main site, I'd definitely enjoy reading it.

I was looking at JT's pic a little more. Recognizing titles here and there, seeing some I've never heard of but look interesting. I saw Magic Carpet and it kinda brought me back. My Win 95 Compaq Presario came with a bunch of software on CDs. One CD was Magic Carpet and PGA Pro Tour something-or-other.
