I dunno what to tell you Sherwood. It's the truth.

The kid went to school in Japan to be a translator or something and left all these games at home. Since they are all in Japanese I suppose the Mother figured nobody would have wanted them.

So she put a $200 price tag on the box of games and I talked her down to $100.

I hit pretty much every garage sale, flea market, goodwill store, salvation army and pawn shop I see looking for game deals.

Every once in awhile you can find a deal like this.

Pictures aren't going to confirm the price I paid but I was going to take pictures for my blog anyways.

Besides why the hell would anyone lie about something like this?

Muahahaha!

Thanks for the vote of confidence ott0bot.

This is the first good deal I found at a garage sale in a long long time.

I was having better luck at thrift stores but the town I live in now doesn't have many.

The dude who owns the local flea market store goes to all the garage sales/estate sales and buys up all the video games and electronics and then re-sells them for 8 times what he paid.

In any case I am going through the games trying to figure out what I want to keep and what I am going to sell. I guess there is a limited market for the Japanese PS and PS2 games. I am glad I can play FF X International in English.
