No idea about Trouble Witches or NGBC (what's that), but the other three are not exclusive at all! I'd rather have them on the DC or NG (which I've already had, in the case of Mark of the Wolves and KoF 98: UM). I always go physical over digital.
-Well 98 UM (and 2002 UM for that matter) didn't come out on DC or the NG platform so yeah... (did get released on PS2 though)
- Trouble Witches Neo. It may be a bad example but think Deathsmiles.
-NGBC (Neo Geo Battle Coleseum) I'm sure you've heard of it. Think of it as SNKP's capcom fighting evolution (jam) but ACTUALLY good with a robust roster. Yes the game saw a physical release on the PS2 but SNKP went to great legths to enhance the XBL release with an impressive graphic filter for the character sprites, brand new additional battlegrounds, brand new artwork for the entire game, and arguably the the best netcode any SNK fighter has ever had for online play!
Well, what's the difference from the other KoF 98(s)?
Yeah, I know NGBC, I just don't have it in the top of my head so I didn't recognize the acronym.

I'm not into online play... so, that feature isn't interesting for me (as good as it might be).
You can download Guwange though, which was never otherwise ported, and is such a great shooter for the $10 you pay. Not only do you get the original Arcade mode, you get the elusive Blue Label (A festival pcb of which very few exist), and a cool arrange mode exclusive to the 360. Its a must-have!
That's cool! I've only played it in the arcades before (and on MAME/FBA). That's nice that it finally got to a console, even if only download.

Released in arcades on the 10th anniversary of the "98 The Slugfest" release. (U)ltimate (M)atch is the work of SNKP's in an attempt to further refine one of the most popular in KOF franchise. This includes, major rebalances across the board, new attacks (DM's and SDM's) for some of the EX counterpart characters, an additional fighting style to choose from along with "Extra" and "Advanced" mode. New battle grounds, a new UI, just about every character that was missing from 98 has been added including Kisaragi, Kasumi, the 96 boss team and every final boss character between 94 and 97 all curtesy of the Taito Type X arcade hardware.

I'm going to ignore what you said about the specific genres and recommend you branch out and try some of the fantastic Xbox 360 exclusives such as:

Forza Series
Mass Effect
Gears of War Series
Halo Series
Call of Duty 2 HD Special Edition
Fable Series
Popcap Arcade Volume 1 and 2
Project Gotham Racing Series
Crackdown Series
Dead Rising

There's plenty more great 360 games as well.

For the record...

All 3 Mass Effects are on PC. Call of Duty 2 is on PC. Fable 1 and 3 are on PC. The original Dead Rising is exclusive and is IMO better than 2. The original Gears of War is on PC as well.

Not dismissing them as bad games, just making sure people understand they aren't exclusive.

Mass Effect 1 addressed some of the complaints regarding the 360 version in the PC release to boot.

And Dead Rising was ported to the Wii, though it is a vastly inferior version to the 360, so between the two, I would go with it.

What bothers me about that list of exclusive 360 content is that you left out Condemned, a solid horror game that served as my favorite launch title for the 360. Sure, it's dated, but it's good. And until the PS3 release makes it over here, the 360 is the only official way to play Deadly Premonition in the US.

Condemned is on PC too.

I think you guys are forgetting this part of Breetai's original post:

Oh wow, looking it up I see that it was, and the average review scores between the two (if you go by that sort of thing) were similar, so I guess it wasn't butchered. So the PC is always an option!

Oh, and besides it not being exclusive, Condemned 2 wasn't much good, so I would avoid it unless you really need a horror fix.

Exactly. I'm well involved in the gaming scene. I know about (and have played many of) the Fable series, Forza, Gears of War, Halo, Dead Rising, CoD stuff, etc. There is really no point in stating the top selling/best known games, especially when I thought I made it clear that I'm not really interested in that stuff.

Yes, the PGR series probably qualifies as arcade style racers.

I know, but I love tossing in a dash of horror. I am also not well versed in those genres on the 360 but wanted to contribute!
