Curlypaul, I've been failing to balance my time and responsibilities well, that's where : )
I got to really missing this community and decided it was time to start cutting back my on-line activities in other areas so I could dedicate some time back here again.

If you like Megamix, Fighting Vipers might be worth a try. It's not super balanced like VF2, but it's much better balanced than Megamix, so better for at least attempting competitive play.

Fvgazi and I were playing this the other day. We thought of you, Dave! Anyway, it's actually not a bad fighter at all. It does feel like it ripped off Capcom in some places, but at least they took the good parts.

Is that one worth tracking down? It's always been a curiosity of mine.
Yes and it is fairly priced

I dunno. There's something just a tad wonky about Golden Axe. It's interesting, but there's something missing that keeps it from being a longer-term interest for me. I don't know quite how to describe it.

What is "fairly priced"? Last I remember, it was hovering around US$40. Made me debate what the differences were between the Saturn and PSX editions of the game.

Still, don't forget to tip your waitress.
