I was super sad when Twin Cobra had two broken coin slots and I couldn't even try it!!!

I went there at least twice, before the Neo Geo and after, its such a blast to go to, I pretty much had a love affair with that Space Harrier machine.

I fell in love with 1942! I barely gave it a try before playing it in arcades, which I guess is pretty sad coming from an avid shmup fan. It was one of the most relaxing ones I played. They put a new joystick in too, so it was very responsive. Unfortunately 1943 had sticky buttons and a worn out stick which made it unplayable.

I also got to play the arcade version of sky shark! That was fricken' sweet.

To me, that's just it. Those early Capcom shmups had a way that you could just totally concentrate and forget about everything else going on around you.

I had the opportunity to play Sky Shark in the 80s. Something about the original cabinets makes it very worthwhile.
