i was hoping for some big news like a xbox portable, new psp, or a new nintendo ds or something like that, but this is a boring year i guess.

would have been cool if Trip Hawkins unveiled a new 3DO, but for a dissapointing 13 years in a row there has been a no show since the M3 was announced, mabye next year.

Sony had a flashier booth, with 7 large screens and probobly 3 dozen smaller ones, but Microsoft had the coolest showing of games. I liked how they announced Portal 2.

All I know is that I need to buy either a PS3 or 360, so I can play me some Fallout 3.

MAG is going to turn the multiplayer world upside down. 256 players, 4x what the cap is today, simply amazing. I just hope the PC world follows suit and allows servers to have more than the 32/64 person cap.

To be honest I have not really had the chance to look through all the anoucemenst yet so I cant really comment on who 'won' the show but the motion plus thing for the wii is pretty exciting. I wasnt expecting anything like this until the next nintendo. Lets hope that games that might do well with it, like say samba or that star wars game who's name escapes me, will hold of release and untilise it.
