Yeah me too!

How should I pronounce Gynoug (Wings of Wor in the US) - I've heard it said Guy-nog and Gin - ouge, with ouge to rhyme with rouge?

Yes, I had a Sega CD back then and it was indeed "slipheed".

Weighing in on some that have come up:

I sat Suikoden as 'Swee-ko-den', gaiares as 'guy-arr-ez' and gynoug as 'guy-noog', but i have no idea on the correct way to say most of those.

I always said Key-O, but I've never heard anyone else say it aloud.

Did anyone else hear people pronouncing Skyrim "Skrim"? Shit drove me crazy.

I say Kye-oh, although that is probably incorrect. Someone that reads Japanese probably would know.

Dude, seriously? That doesn't even make any sense.

The next Ys game should use a Welch title, just to COMPLETELY screw with people's heads.

Some people forget ther's a Y...

But with Skyrim, I would annoy my friends who were playing it because I was the only one who could actually pronounce everything right. No matter how many times I say it, people will not learn that W is said somewhere between W and V, depending on country. I said it German style.
