Playstation Vita thread
Re: Playstation Vita thread
Yup, as big of a proponent of the Vita that I am, I see zero benefit to a 3G model.
Re: Playstation Vita thread
I bought 3G for the 8g memory, free game and free month of 3G service.
Then I found out I wouldn't get the "free" stuff unless I paid for a month... so now I feel like I was screwed over.

I swear I was on the store the other day browsing. Also, near works, as does Friends and Trophies and messaging and presence on PSN. Granted I don't know if I'll continue it after my free time is up, but it is a little more featured then you're making it out to be.lisalover1 wrote:Has anyone mentioned how horrible the Vita's 3G implementation is right now? No online play, no Netflix, no PS Store, no Qriosity, nothing! The only things you can use are the browser and Facebook, both of which are pretty bad on the system.
Let strength be granted, so the world might be mended...so the world might be mended.

That is correct, you can browse the store. There's also the ability to update leaderboards and such while on 3g.Stark wrote:I swear I was on the store the other day browsing. One thing I've felt with this generation of consoles is that not being online when I play retro stuff feels "lonely" in a sense. It probably sounds silly, but I like just hopping on and seeing what my friends are doing before I jump into a game or just knowing that my friends can see what I'm playing. The 3g Vita duplicates that experience while I'm out and about. To me, that has value.

I agree, I'm always in a 360 party while retrogaming.

Is it just me, or is about 70% of Uncharted Golden Abyss spent manuvering Drake across some kind of ledge? I swear, it's all I have been doing so far!

Re: Playstation Vita thread
I was under the impression that was what the majority of the series was about.lisalover1 wrote:Is it just me, or is about 70% of Uncharted Golden Abyss spent manuvering Drake across some kind of ledge? I swear, it's all I have been doing so far!
Re: Playstation Vita thread
That decreases as the game goes, but yeah - that's a bigger "feature" in this one than it was in the last two console titles iirc.lisalover1 wrote:Is it just me, or is about 70% of Uncharted Golden Abyss spent manuvering Drake across some kind of ledge? I swear, it's all I have been doing so far!
