Except Sony's Playstation Network is amortized through hardware and software sales, thus consumers who had purchased a PS3 prior to the TOS terms changing has no remedy that Sony will see fiscally. They already have consumers' money. That solution isn't applicable in every situation; court action has done good to people throughout the years & though this issue might be small (it really, really is just video games), I support people fighting for their rights.Zing wrote:Of course you can.
