Not sure if I know of any industry where the creators don't get screwed over. But I sincerely know what you are saying as it tends to happen a lot more in movies, music, and industries that make coin on intellectual property.

Great episode tonight. This show is going in the right direction for sure. Sad to see ____ go though. And the guilt is on the kid, although I'm not sure that will really have any effect on the general story, he's just a kid.

I'm betting the seasons final episode will have them leaving the farm... Or at least the first episode of next season.

This show could be condensed into a twenty minute show.

Have people stand around for fifteen minutes.
Build character development in three minutes, kill said character in one minute.
Spend remaining seconds with someone saying "aw hells naw!".

I'm not sure that will really have any effect on the general story, he's just a kid.

The kid helps kill Shane, so yeah, BIG effects from his experience.

I was being a bit snide, but I also enjoyed this episode. It felt like watching the comic on screen, which is a good thing. The pacing was slow, but had it's "moments".
