You'll have to put a table pad on it and just make sure they don't use the table for arts-and-crafts. I would love to have a Pompanoosic Mills table/chairs but I will need to wait until they're out of the house.

Growing up, I remember my father yelling us at us kids to be gentle with the chairs when we got up from the table. As a kid, you're just unaware. I got the table/chairs as my first set after college and man, it was beat up. The table/chair legs and the back of the chair were all scarred up.

If I sent someone a Valentine's card, it would come from Salvation Army. They have some old Spongebob and Shrek cards there. Nothing says "I love you" like a card that was bought 10 years ago.

Valentines were the greatest back in the elementary days. Each one was a unique expression of the person. I remember my gf handing me a Jonathan NKOTB valentine in first grade. Guess what she got from me? April O'Neil valentine baby.

Thanks guys, it felt really cool to give her something really nice for once. She really deserves it though as she has stuck with me through some really dark and hard years. Now that I've depleted the classic Challenger fund $, I'll have to wait another year or two before I buy my dream car, oh well. Thanks for all the nice comments guys, seriously. I hope your Valentine's sex is as good as mine!

That's what I assumed until I actually drove one and had a chance to take it off road. Its trail rated now and while its no Rubi, its a very capable off roader for its size. I'll agree that the 2010 and earlier models had issues and weren't really worthy of the Jeep name though.

The 2011-12 models have been refreshed significantly that goes beyond the exterior. It has a new, more off road oriented suspension, better sound insulation, refreshed better quality interior among tons of other tweaks and enhancements. Its a lot of truck for under 20K.

While this winter has been oddly tame, here's what RI looked like this time last year.

Here's the roads in March of 2010 in RI.

We have some of the worst roads in the US even when there is no snow or rain. Here's what a good chunk of the roads look like when its dry out.

So I'd say a 4X4 in RI comes in handy from time to time Zing.

You do realize you just screwed yourself right? Every gift you buy her from here on out will be compared to the jeep, and she'll expect every gift to keep getting better and better. That's why on my first Valentine's Day with my wife I gave her a box of frozen waffles. Every year the gift gets better and better.
Well Luke....I guess she'll be sorely disappointed when I go back to roses and a KFC 10 piece lol.
