CPP makes me want to wait even more for a 3DS redesign, unless they release FFVI 3DS.

Does the grip feel pretty similar to a PS2 controller or a classic controller pro? Because I like the added girth. If it feels the way I think it will, it would solve some hand cramp problems I have with the 3DS.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

The contours do not feel as defined as on the other controllers, but it definitely feels good in larger hands, actually I think a kid with small hands might have a problem with it. I will have my Fiance' tell me what she thinks when she gets home about the size.

Does this work with OOT3D?

jay_red wrote:Playing Resident Evil: Revelations feels great with the CPP. The controls feel instantly like a console game, using the left pad to strafe, and the right to aim and look. For the first time in an RE game you can aim and move at the same time! It worked ok without the CPP, only being able to move, but not aim, but with the add on, you have full control like it were an FPS.

The main reason I was interested in the CCP. I'm glad to hear how well it works with Resident Evil. Being able to strafe and aim/look at the same time is a miracle.

It wont work for that, it will only work on games that specifically support it.

On another note, I just played a good amount of the game non-stop with the CPP, and no matter how weird it looks, as soon as you start playing it feels right. The whole time I was playing it felt great and I was never once limited by the controls.

Thanks for the review! So I am guessing that I would have to remove my RE R case that I got with my game to put the CCP on?

What do you have to say about the lack of an extra L button. Many complained about how infamously breakable the DS shoulder buttons are, and were disappointed to hear about this.
