Too bad! Lizzie would have been a perfectly wacky closer!CFFJR wrote:Damn it, beaten to the punch.
So how do you feel about the list, given your earlier objections? Any change?dsheinem wrote:Agreed.Flake wrote:a VERY unconventional top 100 video game females list

You and your fascination with underdressed little girls.noiseredux wrote:damn I was gonna try to close with Nep, but Flake had beat me with Twilight Princess.
My chief earlier objection was that these lists tend to favor salacious comments about unrealistic female stereotypes that help alienate women from gaming culture. It was refreshing to see less of those on the final list than I had expected, though there are still plenty of physical impossibilities and a few comments that are clearly appreciating figure and little else. Still, I'd like to think that having that conversation early in the thread helped people to think about their choices a little bit and helped shape the final 100 into a better list than what is typically found in similar threads across the web.CFFJR wrote:So how do you feel about the list, given your earlier objections? I'd like to say here that my choices were unaffected by your comments. I don't pick my favorite characters based on sex appeal, and wasn't going to start with this list.dsheinem wrote:My chief earlier objection was that these lists tend to favor salacious comments about unrealistic female stereotypes that help alienate women from gaming culture.
