So we still need one more?

Would anybody object to Lizzie, from Rampage?

Too bad! Lizzie would have been a perfectly wacky closer!
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Ok, so I was the one that added the second Zelda, sorry guys. So it seems like Opa Opa just added a character.

List has been updated!

Agreed.
So how do you feel about the list, given your earlier objections? Any change?

well, that was one hell of a ride. I think we can take a little break before someone comes up with another Top 100 list.

My chief earlier objection was that these lists tend to favor salacious comments about unrealistic female stereotypes that help alienate women from gaming culture. It was refreshing to see less of those on the final list than I had expected, though there are still plenty of physical impossibilities and a few comments that are clearly appreciating figure and little else. Still, I'd like to think that having that conversation early in the thread helped people to think about their choices a little bit and helped shape the final 100 into a better list than what is typically found in similar threads across the web.

I'd like to say here that my choices were unaffected by your comments. I don't pick my favorite characters based on sex appeal, and wasn't going to start with this list.
