I recall reading that, if UD sells well enough, they may do a Border Down HD.

edit: Honestly I think it could happen too. G.rev has made it clear they're going to be active this gen with Mamoru-kun and now the Under Defeat HD port (and the 3DS game Opa Opa mentioned). Mamoru-kun must have been successful enough for them to want to do the Under Defeat port, so if their success continues I think Border Down HD is very possible.
